Promise Uzoma Okoro

The State Chairman of the Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria, OMPAN), Abia State Chapter, Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro on Monday assured the readings public that the Associated and it's members are neither government lap dogs nor attack dogs of Government of the day nor attack dogs of opposition political parties.

In a press release, the  OMPAN chair maintained that as members of the fourth estate of the realm, OMPAN believes in impartiality and fairness, adding that it is the duty of the members of the Association to report the activities of the government and the opposition parties in the State.

The OMPAN Chairman also dismissed insinuations in some quarters that the association is now a stooge in the hands of the present administration in the State.
