The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) on Saturday congratulated the Mayor of Umuahia North LGA, High Chief Victor Ikeji on the occasion of his  conferment with the academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy, PhD, by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).

Hon.Chief  Ikeji is one of Abia'ss best and brightest, who is until recently a Masters Degree holder in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.

In a congratulatory message signed by OMPAN's General Secretary,  Dr Steve Unegbu, the Association  felicitates with the Mayor.
