Dr Monday Ubani and Dr Alex Otti

Ahead inauguration of the Transition Council for the incoming Alex Otti-led administration  tomorrow, Friday, March 14, 2023 in Aba, Abia State, the Community Based Organization, Ahamefula Ikwuano Development Initiative, ADII on Thursday prayed for Solomonic wisdom and knowledge for the Abia State governor-elect, Dr Alex Otti,  the Constitutional lawyer-activist, Dr Monday O. Ubani and other members of the Council.

ADII  also prayed for insight  and courage for the Governor-elect and patriotic Abians like "your good-self who seek a better day for our dear State",  in a letter congratulating Dr Ubani and other members for their nomination as members of the Council  as they embark on   the task of rebuilding Abia

In a release signed by ADII's Secretary, Tony Icheku, Dr Ubani's nomination was described as an acknowledgment of his  commitments and efforts for a renascent Abia.

ADII further prayed for his  elevation from 'the ad-hoc articulation and conception Council, to a strategic position where his capabilities, foresight, leadership skills and trainings would be deployed effectively for the development of Abia in general and Ikwuano in particular in the incoming Otti-led administration.

"Your appointment to the select Transition Council whose mission is to articulate a policy document that would forge a direction and developmental agenda for a new Abia under Dr Otti speaks volumes of your zeal and determination to contribute to the Abia renewal agenda", the letter stated.

Dailyledger.com.ng reports that Dr Ubani early this year chaired the first ever Ikwuano Socio-Economic Summit with the theme 'Sustainable Economic Development in Ikwuano: A Roadmap for the 21st Century' and the launching of the Ikwuano Economic Blueprint. The Summit is believed to be one of the building blocks leading for a total change of guards in the LGA and Abia State generally.
