Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor 


The Ukwa la Ngwa Council of Elders has announced the  endorsement of  Engr Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor, Abia state governorship candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) as  the sole governorship candidate of  Umunneato Ngwa among the three candidates from Umunneato (Isiala-North; Isiala-Ngwa South and Ossisioma LGAs)


In a statement signed by   the  Leader and Chairman,  Ukwa la Ngwa Council of Elders, Dr Max Nduaguibe  stated that  Engr.  Nwafor was  adopted and endorsed at a well attended meeting of eminent personalities of Ukwa la Ngwa Council of Elders held on  Saturday,  January 21, 2023.      


While congratulating the YPP flagbearer,  the Council stated that they find him a willing and ready leader who is fully prepared to lead Abia state away from the current decadence.


The Council further urged him to go ahead with the uniqueness of his manifesto and his campaigns,  while arrangements to present him to the larger Abia state electorate as a fit and  proper person to lead Abia State to a new and higher level is on  course and on top gear.
