Only those who have enjoyed some semblance of success understands how success like a seductress, lures one on a never ending journey. Climbing to a certain peak,  a higher, yet more inviting peak beckons. Some succumb to luxuriate in their achievements at certain level, but others persist until they stand at the highest peak. Yes indeed, there is a place where the World rises to applaud the success of those who strived to become outstanding.

And today, the world acknowledges that Esv.Festus Chidozie Egbulefu has become outstanding in his chosen career as Estate Surveyor and Valuer as he is elevated to a Fellow of its prestigous body, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, "NIESV"

Expectedly, Esv Festus Chidozie Egbulefu, FNIVS, belongs to related professional bodies like as a  the Registered  Member of Estate Surveyors and Registration Board of Nigeria -  'ESVARBON" also member of African Real Estate  Society, AFRES West Africa; Student member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors London, RICS; Member, International Right of Way Association, IRWA; Member, Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria, CIAN; and member, Nigerian Institute of Management, NIM; But the 'FNIVS', he now adds after his names is indeed the crown jewel.

Make no mistake about it, no elevation comes easy: "Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do", says  Pele, the World's most outstanding footballer.

The American Statesman and Army General, Colin Powell sums it up thus: "A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work".

From Government Secondary School,  Owerri and Government Technical College,  Owerri to the Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State, where he imbibed the nitty-gritty of his profession and the desires of becoming an Estate Surveyor and Valuer were instilled in his Deoxyribonucleic Acid, DNA, Esv F. C. Egbulefu, FNIVS has studied, sacrificed and perservered to arrrive at his place of celebration

Egbulefu, popularly hailed as 'Don Spice', by admirers and peers, sought  further academic laurels, obtaining  a Post-Graduate Diploma, PGD in Management, University of Calabar and Masters of Business Administration, MBA, Project Management from Imo State University. 

His working experience cuts across companies like Dike Obialor & Partners; Hogan Achigbu & Partners;  Elias Icheku & Co and Cachez Turnkey Projects Limited.

Thus fully equiped  in the area ofp managing people and grounded in the management of projects, he now sits  today as the Principal Consultant/ Head of Practice at Festus Egbulefu & Company – Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

Egbulefu  is a Christian, and husband of one wife - Mrs Ihuoma Lilian Chidozie Egbulefu. They are blessed with three (3) lovely children.

He is the first child of Elder Marcus Chiegeiro and Rev. (Mrs.) Comfort Oluchi Egbulefu of Chiegeiro’s dynasty of Akoli Hamlet Amangwo in Ajatanigu Autonomous Community, Umuigu Ikwueke, Oboro Clan in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State Nigeria.

It is a big congratulations to our  Esv. Festus Chidozie Egbulefu, 'Don Spice',  FNIVS, RSV, MCIAN, IRWA,IFMA, AFRES, RICS - in view.

On a remarkable note, Esv. Festus Chidozie Egbulefu "Don Spice" though not the only Estate Surveyor and Valuer from Ikwuano LGA but he is the first FELLOW of NIESV from Ikwuano LGA, Abia State. Like an adventurer emboldened by his conquests, he will certainly bring home more laurels to the glory of God
